DHT is excited to announce our 2020-2021 Profit Share payout of $1.1 Million to our employees! There is no better way of rewarding our employees’ efforts than by sharing DHT’s profits with them. This year’s profit share will be 8.6% which reflect a cash payment of 7% to all employees and 1.6% will go towards the 1st payment for DHT’s ESOP Program.
We could not have done this past year without the hard work from all of our employees within all of our divisions from all of DHT’s locations. Thank you to all of our drivers, mechanics, excavating team, and office staff for all of your hard work and dedication. 2020 was by far one of the most difficult years for DHT and at the same time one of our best years!
